Awesome video. It was good to see Kelly speak out about having Bruce compete. I really don't know how you couldn't have him there. Easily one of the best back hands in the world.
the webcasts have been getting better and better over the last 3 or 4 years. This heat 8 has been great, if you missed it CJ Hobgood is/was going crazy, really over the top crazy heat rides. CJ has the placed wired,... what a rep for the eastcoast.
oh yeah definitely. both of his waves were insane, i'm so glad i put him on my fantasy surf team at the last second haha. it was also pretty awesome to see all that carnage
yes...sick how he dropped right into the barrel w/out even touching his rail. btw: I'm seriously freaking out..watching Chopes...i'm dying to surf some meaningful freaking waves. Like totally freaking losing it. I miss this past April so much. Such a fun month...wtf....i'm rambling. Whatev.
I'm seriously getting stoked for this mega swell that they've been talking about in the coming week there. even if the pros don't try to charge it, i'm sure healy and ian walsh are gonna be all over it! can't wait to see clips of that!
it looks like the swell dropped a little bit but it still looks freaking epic. i really hope they don't call a lay day on the biggest day i want to see kelly kill it out there
