It brings me great embarrassment that you lurk out in the same waters as me. You are the poorest of representation to bestow upon this forum.

You are the essence of, "over-hype, under-deliver." We will get two feet of snow at best, but probably not even that. I'm not even going to acknowledge that you plan to try to surf on Tuesday and you will most likely not get passed the break if you go Wednesday morning. If you do, you will just chill way on the outside, far away from the peaks. You'll paddle for every wave just to make sure you look legit, but the only one you'll catch is the one that brings you back to the beach and to this forum to proclaim how much you killed it.

    Now please, go away.

But your rant said that we were pu$$ies and couldn't handle the weather like a New Englander. Now it's your people being the pu$$ies?

Water is colder in NJ than your area according to Surfline.

D bol is a fast acting steroid, and can result in mood swings
Methandrostenolone binds tightly to the androgen receptor in order to exert its effects.[4] These include dramatic increases in protein synthesis, glycogenolysis, and muscle strength over a short space of time.[medical citation needed] Side effects such as gynecomastia, high blood pressure, acne and male pattern baldness may begin to occur. The drug causes severe masculinising effects in women even at low doses. In addition, it is metabolized into methylestradiol by aromatase. This means that without the administration of aromatase inhibitors such as anastrozole or aminoglutethimide, estrogenic effects will appear over time in men. Many users will combat the estrogenic side effects with Arimidex, Nolvadex or Clomid. In addition, as with other 17α-alkylated steroids, the use of methandrostenolone over extended periods of time can result in liver damage without appropriate care.

The 17α-methylation of the steroid does allow it to pass through the liver with only a small portion of it broken down (hence causing the aforementioned damage to the liver) allowing it to be effective when taken orally. It also has the effect of decreasing the steroid's affinity for sex hormone binding globulin, a protein that de-activates steroid molecules and prevents them from further reactions with the body. As a result, methandrostenolone is significantly more active than an equivalent quantity of testosterone, resulting in rapid growth of muscle tissue. However, the concomitant elevation in estrogen levels - a result of the aromatization of methandrostenolone - results in significant water retention. This gives the appearance of bad gains in mass and strength, which prove to be temporary once the steroid is discontinued and water weight drops. Because of this, it is often used by bodybuilders only at the start of a "steroid cycle", to facilitate rapid strength increases and the appearance of great size, while compounds such as testosterone cypionate or testosterone enanthate with long acting esters build up in the body to an appreciable amount capable of supporting anabolic function on their own.

On a lighter note...my boss just let me run out for beer, and I got a mothertruckin pizza...it's frozen, but it's a Pizzeria Uno. I usually don't do that deep dish sh!t, but if it's gonna be frozen, Uno's a good 'un.

I didn't want to feed into this when I first read MichaelJR's post, but yeah, if you were winter surfing 15 or 20 years ago, it's hard to be impressed with people doing it in today's suits.

You think MJR surfs, doubt it. Otherwise, he would know the water temps are not much different north of here.

Yep Sniffer and Sbx are correct. The suits we had in the 80's and 90's were terrible compared to today's stuff and as a teen I couldn't afford better suits like today, I bought the cheaper "econo" line. Can't even imagine what the guys before us dealt with.

Late 60's and 70"s we used US Divers scuba diving suits. Or Dacor. They had "beaver tails". Not fun, but we did use them ok despite restrictive movement.

Half-ass duckdives because in the back of your head you knew you were getting flushed and your body wouldn't let you fully commit. This was, of course, counter-productive, since you were guaranteeing yourself a beating and a worse flush.

Yeah, NE, NJ, NY. It's all relative at this time of year. It still turns your Johnson into an elevator button, your nads are fighting each other to get into your body, and every synapse in your body is screaming at you to get the hell out of the water. But when that winds turns offshore (hopefully below 15mph) and you see them barrels spitting, you know you're going!
