And make sure you don't forget to strap them down.. Seen plenty of dudes put the board on the roof, get dressed before strapping it down and then forget and drive off only to see the board spinning through the air in the rear view. I always feel bad, but it's so funny!

 

That's how I do it. My buddies give me crap sometimes, but it is more aerodynamic.

I don't know if this has been mentioned, but put one half twist in each strap ontop to eliminate the annoying strap hum/whistle.

 

Whatever works the best. And yes, it gets my wee wee hard. The hindus don't mind.
