So, I've been getting into bowl skating and am trying to figure out wheels. I am used to bombing hills and like sliding so when I first showed up at the park I had 80a's on my board. I figured out pretty quick they were too slow and replaced them with 97a's and then 104a's. Speed is good but the harder wheels won't break free easily for slides and are hard to control when they do. So, I am looking for wheels that will allow me to pick up speed but will also slide like the guy in the video below at 35 seconds and 1:50. I'm thinking maybe the 85a Powell Peralta G-Slides. Any ideas?
