The buoy obs for both gulf and east coast was showing all data in eastern daylight time (EDT). This has been corrected, so the times are according to the forecast location local time where you are viewing. For example: on the ocean city, md forecast page, all station data will show for eastern local time, and if you check out the california buoys on the ocean city, md page the times would still stay in eastern local time. but, then if you go to the pismo beach, ca forecast page, of course all times will then be in pacific local time.
