Business restaurant for sale Costa Rica

Sell business, a small Italian restaurant that I started for almost a year in Santa Teresa, Mal Pais, Costa Rica ... Unfortunately, for family reasons, this little dream is fading and I find myself forced to go back to Italy with my immense regret.
If someone was interested to continue this dream in Costa Rica and detect my business I will be available to give my dream in the hands of someone else.
In these days some Italians, who live here, have offered me about 15,000 dollars, but as my obligation to return to Italy soon, I could sell the business for 13,000 dollars, which is nothing more than the amount I spent to renovate the restaurant from the top to the bottom, equip the kitchen with everything needed, obtain all necessary permits and give birth to this dream.
