Yo homies as you can see by the little hurricane thing that there is a hurricane cat 1 tracking north. i will also be tracking north starting in rhode island tomorrow and following the lil guy as far north as it wants to go for a few days. Anybody else down? If so ill PM you the beach i think will be good tomorrow and we can meet in the lot at dawn. Also any homies in NH Mass or Maine that want to hook a brother up with a place to stay or some local surf knowledge that would be much appreciated. Good luck!
Well from what I remember with the track of these weather patterns today and tomorrow will be ****... Friday will be good!
today was firing in the morning where i was. Got a solid 10 full barrels i came out ofanywhere from chest high to a bit over head high. Got countless other solid waves and surfed for 4 hours. then the Wind killed it, following it north to new hampshire, tomorrow morning should be good. Then doubling back to cape cod friday if theres still anything left. And yes the merrick is very fun for the pidly eastcoast barrels!
today was good where I was too trevor. I have been surfing like a full on pile of **** the last three sessions I have gotten in, and replaced your 10 barrels with going over the falls, blowing turns, switching boards, forgetting wax, getting stuck inside, drifting out of position and getting angry at highschoolers. Have fun up north. forecast looks decent
I remember during 'cane billy squirer circa 09,i seen a lot of videos of spots in the new England area-(America),,,,it is called new England right?.....-that were absolutely firing, looking like waimai bay big reefs with no surfers out, just onlookers filming the empty waves.looks like theres a lot of undiscovered treasures up there,i google earthed that shyt, lots of nooks and crannys, just hard to get there unless u have a boat.il have to make that journey one of these years
If you come to the cape Friday hit up Nauset Publics or Lecounts those will be your two best bets and if you're here tomorrow morning Coast Guard beach is green-lighted. Let me know, good luck man
thanks dude! hope you score some down there. Im in uncharted waters up here, always stuck to rhode island growing up.
Sometimes everything works out perfectly. Following a storm a bit into the unknown with desire to charge and a gut feeling of where the conditions might be prime. This storm was one of those rare circumstances. It was cool coming home to a place i hadn't surfed in a few years and catching it good. Especially since I did some exploring beyond my 3 or 4 usual breaks i usually surfed growing up in this part of the country. Sometimes world class is in your own backyard, and you don't need to cross a continent or ocean. Hope yall scored some swell this past week. Im not complaining with 4 out of 7 days this week being head-high plus and clean conditions. Happy friday the 13th!
a fun little wave sneaking in at the end of a session at a classic NE break after the tide and offshore wind knocked it down in size considerably from the morning dawn patrol.
this was cape cod all day have more took these all thru the school day. got out in the morning and after school
