yup, I think the main event hasn't happened yet though. Winds supposed to pick up tonight into tomorrow. South shore oahu cams looks to have swell lines stacking up.
I’ve been watching movement on that link since Tuesday. It looks like it’s been parked in the same spot for 24 hours now..
Noon Hawaiian time. Poipu, Kauai: Heavy rain at times. Waves are easily 1-3 ft overhead and building. Couple of kamikaze close outs, but plenty of makeable lefts too.
are you at Brennecke's? we were there last month and it was super fun, like 3-6' for a few days before it went flat
Spot on Oipaul. What a beautiful family beach. Waves relatively close to shore too (by Hawaiian standards). Hope you and your fellow Big Islanders ( Heaps of Meh and all others) fare well these next few days.
8 pm Hawaiian Time (2 am east coast). South side of Kauai: The weather cleared up this afternoon and the offshores lasted all day. Waves stayed in the 1-3 overhead range and looked more like a ground swell than a hurricane swell. And yeah, that’s a photo of me and the wife.
Always been a bit on the smooth side. I got a wee bit o Irish in me too. My hair is light so I guess it doesn’t show up good on camera, but it’s there. PS- my wife WISHES I had low T.
