Cardio in the morning

    Cardio is best activity that people should do early in the morning. It is good to get up early in the morning and first activity that we should do is walk. It is best exercise that is good for fitness and health. It has so many health benefits to do walk in the morning with empty stomach.

    Personally i prefer exercising my weiner in the morning, best cardio for fitness and health, yah...

    Wow, I've never tried that before. But I have read somewhere that exercising first thing in the morning is good, to trick your mind and exercise when it doesn't even know what

    A good four knuckle shuffle in the morning gets the heart rate up and releases serotonin. It's super fun, plus you get really vascular looking forearms.

    I try to smack my wife around 1st thing every morning. Gets te heart rate going and loosens up the shoulders.
