Looks like northern Bahamas. I'll never forget surfing there for the first time and how crazy clear the water was. You could see every coral head you were surfing over. Coming from NJ where most days you can't even see your feet sitting on your board and some days you can't even see the board.

Sweet. Wonder why they were all wearing 2 mil long sleeve tops. Thought the water over there was warm all year. Sick footage though. Looks like they have quite a bit of coin to play around with from their sponsors.

lol, yeah reminds me of when I live in south carolina - water was always brown and murky...if not muddy as hell (which seemed to bring out the sharks)

ultra clear water with coral one foot underneath isn't much better though...been there and it's just as scary

That is my idea of perfect. Perfect waves with a perfect view. Maybe not for spongers, but for me, that is the most ideal of situations right there.

the bahamas have some of the clearest - highest visibility - water on the planet. the island el salvador
is sought after by divers for this very reason.

I spent the month of January in the Bahamas. Believe me it gets chilly. I went on that trip thinking it would all be hot tropical days never thinking it would be 50's at night and topping out at 60 and windy a few days. Couple of days a 3/2 would have been helpful.
