I can't believe this actually led to an arrest. I'm no cop or lawyer.... but actually putting someone in hand cuffs and carting them off to jail. For that? It seems like if the tattoo artist wanted to he could sue the PD or at the very least cause a big stink and get a settlement of some sort. Not saying he should or shouldn't. Just saying it seems to me like rules/laws were bent and/or broken here
Only in VA beach would the authorities take action on this. Here in NJ most cops would tell the 20yr old child to grow a sack. Somebody on here knows the guys I bet. Come on, speak up! Dude better do the right thing and drop the charges.
As usual, there are parts of the story that the media has either willfully or neglectfully omitted that would put the pieces of the puzzle together. To buy this story completely at face value would be short-sighted. Sad lazy media

I watched the video. That aint assault. Funny that someone in Va beach called that assault. OBX locals should be millionaires cuz the Va beachers been pulling that drop in crap on them for years!
Given the small sample size by the same media outlet, a prudent and reasonable person could come to the conclusion that: A) There is some contentious history between the 2 subjects, and/or B) Someone in a position of power is pulling some legal strings to make this happen. That video does not, by any definition of law, show an assault.
Here's the shit rules about simple assault. All you have to do is say you were assaulted. Go to the magistrate and file. The police will then serve "the perpetrator." The perpetrator now has to prove they didn't assault you. No shit... Happened to my 50 year old wife. She was accused of assaulting my daughter's P.O.S. ex-husband in our own home. The statement on the papers was, "She pushed me." Had to get an attorney, had to miss work; her work was contacted. Case was dropped after "remediation." Waiting on the Karma wheel to squish this vermin...
That kid needs to get publically castigated just like the tool-bag-city-boy, Rudy Antebi up here in Jerz.
