Funny how most our fathers drank crap beer. My dad was Schaffer light and black label. Later on he got classy with natty light. ****in awesome
Not my dad... he drank Löwenbräu, back when it was good, German beer. Which led him to become sober in '90s, when Americans took it over.
I was b*tch'n a lot about Coors Lt tasting like water back in the day, which i still think is true tho it does stay arctic cold, and always hoping the Coors Original ("Banquet" i guess) would make a return. Now i see it everywhere, which is fantastic. Now i like Miller Lt in regards to a big mkt beer, but was also hoping they'd bring back the original Miller - not high life, can't drink that champagne. Not sure if i ever had the original Miller, but i bet it would sell well - just a hunch
+1......wtf is that, and why do they do it? First thing I did when I could afford it was switch from crap beer & rotgut booze to much better libations - - if I'm gonna cook my liver it's gonna be done with the good stuff.
Yes, exactly. I had to drink that crap in college. Once you get a real job, why bother with that crap.
