Bro how can you be 6'2 with a small frame? What are you shaped like a shorter mutant semi-gun?!!? Not a lot of width but a ton of thickness. That's ok bro, like you said, we support you. If you want burgers then sandblasters can cook you up some of that horsemeat he loves. But them mares are lean as hell, no fat on them. Playing online games with people? What does that even mean? Bubonic you da man. I like it when you post a lot bro.
EmassSpicoli, you da man. I stay up late, drink cheap beer of course and play counterstrike on my laptop. I am not good so I usually just instigate sensitive people. I have extremely long arms and legs, people always think I am much taller than I am. Maybe small frame is not the right description, lanky. Frame/height helps me stow away the beers which is nice. I also play youtubes and googles. Some times xbox. I ate some raw onion and sharp cheddar cheese with my beers tonight.......delicious. Made me feel like I was at McSorleys, anyone ever been? It is the oldest bar in NYC. It has tons of historical items, saw dust on the floor, and real irish bartenders. No tvs everywhere. 5.50 or 5.25 I think for beer either dark or light McSorleys beer, and you get two. I highly recommend if you are in NYC to make it a must go to. One of their specialties is a 4 dollar cheese platter with raw onions. Women were not allowed in until 1970 when they were sued to let them in. Cheap beer in NYC people gotta get to McSorleys it is cheap and a real trip.
Man. Fireball took over the F&B world about 5 years ago. It started in Del Mar, CA at first, where all the ritzy NFL players and socialites used to come into my place and order it like it was going out of style. I mean, these grown as$ men were throwing back fireball like it was nothing. One day, I ordered shot of it with a pint of Sculpin IPA. The look of intrigue on my face one the fireball went down the hatch was probably one for the record books. I love the sh**. When I moved to HHI and opened up a place, I was with my liquor rep and said, look there is this stuff called Fireball. I need it. I need a LOT of it. He said, Fireball huh? WTF is that? Ohhh my friend, soon enough, you will know. Fast forward about a year later, I was the only place in town serving up shots for $2.00. Every local in the whole town was swinging through and getting CRUNKED off the fireball. It got to the point where I had to install a special "fireball cam" to monitor the damn bartenders because the inventory was not matching up. After that, I actually had to lock the stuff up and in the middle of a crazy service, would have to run upstairs to a special lock box and get another one... Long story short. Fireball is the crack cocaine of the booze world. So simple. So delicious. Doesn't matter if you are a scotch guy, a bourbon guy, a rum guy, whatever. Fireball is the all around drinkers drink. Doesn't give ya the super sugary headache or hangover.... On the golf course, when the booze cart comes through, everybody knows the deal.... Would you like a cup of ice and some coke with your fireball? No honey, just give me that little mini bottle, at air temp and be on your way. I got it from here..... Fireball is the new crack....
'Cheap beer in NYC,' it's absolutely true, and an exemplary addition to this thread. I was at McSorley's the other night, showing my gf's Bavarian parents around. They loved it. It's the first.time I've been there in years, and that's good, because the last time.I was there, I RAN out, and for a few blocks on top of that.... Corner Bistro on Jane street also serves McSorley's, on draft, two or three bucks a mug.
Finished the 6 pack last night..PBR is way better on the way in then on the way out I write this from the toilet
Utah, you should be in taking PBR whilst on the toilet. I am in strong disagreement with you fine fellows regarding Fireball.
nothing against PBR, but it seems like it has a weird following around here lately. Maybe it's a regional thing, but around here it's become the hipster beer of choice. Weird, because it used to be a solid blue collar beer of choice. No it seems like skinny jeans are a prerequisite to buying the stuff.
Ohh, and it's not the cheapest of the cheap, but big ups to Miller Lite for going to the throw back can... I freaking love it. I gotta say, I have been loading up the cooler with miller lite can's more than every lately. And why the fu** does EVERYONE in the Hilton Head are drink bud light? I am not opposed to it. I drink it on occasion, but man... that's literally all people drink down here. I would go through about 16 cases of that a week, and the second place would be probably miller lite that would go through 3-4 cases. Strange... Its like when I was in college, I worked at the Hard Rock on the inner harbor in Baltimore bartending. We would usually have a line formed before we opened. These country folks waiting in line for over an hour one day, when we opened the doors, they came up to the bar, asked if we had coors light. I said no. The guy rounded up his entire family and said they were going next door to what used to be ESPN zone. I said sir, they don't carry it either. He about exploded and I think they probably left town. I was like, wtf man? You can't do a bud light? Coors somehow pissed the entire hard rock corp. off so they killed their relationship for almost a decade. Strange. But Nascar fans get super violent if you don't have their beer of choice.
Wife sent me that food babe article. She convinced me we should be drinking good beer, something about you only live once. I didn't argue and have been drinking well lately. Yuengling cans for the beach though. I don't think food babe mentioned yuengling.
Zach, I do not understand the Bud light thing either. When I drink PBR I do it in hiding now because it has gotten a rap as a hipster beer. I will rarely order one in public unless its a great deal.
Well cheap beers: Yuengling Lager (Porter too). PBR on occasion. Miller LT on Occasion. Medium Grade: Landshark, some Sam Adams, 21st century (Bitter American) Kona brewing co - castaway IPA. High quality: Dogfish head 60/61/75/90/ and 120 minute IPA. the 60 minute is 6.0% 75 is 7.5 and 90 is 9.0. the 120 varies from 15-18%. Also Heavy Seas Beer is good. My favs are cutlass/loose cannon, and black cannon. Peg Leg is ok. However, back to the thread at hand: Best cheap session Beer Yuengling Lager.
I second the Heavy Seas beers. I buy any and all beers with sailing ships or pirates on them. Anyone ever have a couple Piels?
Update.... Kona Longboards are as good today as they were when I first tried them 18 at the grand fromage in AC. Picked up a sixer of Bud Light Platinum out of curiosity....not cool.
You sir must have the palate of a mans man. I pride myself on drinking any eating just about anything but I have a hard time with these two.
