So I was thinking about a good cheap surf trip for November or February.. We live in New Jersey. It's gonna be me and a friend. I did San Diego November last year so I don't wanna do that again.. Anywhere a little warmer and good chance of waves will do. We were trying to keep it under 1500 a person once everything is accounted for (surfboards, airfare, car, hotel, food, ect..). Whats my best options???
