I am looking at a fairly flat ocean, will there be a build in the aft? or better at low tide?

This is getting a little discouraging, the past few times there has been a call for waist+ it has been knee at best.

I guess 3ft off isn't that bad. Unfortunately this has been a fairly regular occurance recently. I never thought I would say this but magicseaweed has been more reliable.

i had to drive 20 minutes to find a decent sandbar that wasn't ankle high shore break and even there the sets were barely pushing waist high

Yea i did see some shorebreak at one spot but not worth it with a new board <---- probably why there was no waves.

Alright I have decided that we need to change our luck with the lack of waves. Pick something small that can be changed and maybe we can jump start the waves, for example I changed by desktop background at work. Something has gotta give, I am not superstitious but I am a little stitious.

This has seriously been the worst year in a long long time. Not only was winter not that great but summer....lol i haven't surfed a chest high wave since April i think. I cant even remember. The last few times I went with predicted swell the waves where breaking right on the beach. Its terrible and i am going crazzzzzzyyyyYY!!!!!!!:mad:
