I like coffee flavoured coffee! None of that foofoo sh*t. Apparently I am a hipster 'cause I use a press. Honeymooned in CR and ate, actually feasted would be a better term, at a coffee plantation. It was truly an amazing experience! Also loved the Cuban coffee in Miami. Rocket fuel for sure! We have Harris Teeter groc.stores here that have good coffee for cheap when they run a B2G3 free sale of their brand.

Save a Lot groc. has a preground coffee called McDaniels that's cheap and decent. Usually get the whole bean and grind it daily. I know I'm picky when it comes to coffee. Waffle house has good grinds but it might just be the atomsphere that makrs it so good.lol

I buy whole bean coffee from the local roaster around the corner, and use a burr grinder and press. But I guess I can't be a hipster since I've been doing the press thing for 30 years. Damn...

I like single origin arabica beans, light to medium roast, but don't have a preference about where they're from. They're all different and interesting to me. But I can't stand it when they take a perfectly good, high quality bean, and roast the sh!t out of it 'till it tastes like burnt toast.

Cafe Pilon or Bustelo in a stovetop percolator.
Wait for the first of the coffee to come out (the real dark stuff).
Mix quarter cup of sugar with enough of that first dark stuff to get a good coffee sugar foam going in a measuring cup (enough sugar for about 5-6 cups).
Pour the rest of the coffee in after it's done brewing.
Enjoy cuban coffee that makes your eyes twitch haha

I drink organically grown coffee, I grind it in a small machine which goes 'Whizzz' and drink it with cream and no sweetener coffee just added to the cup so no filtering.

Used to drink brown tea as well but got sick of it, same with alcohol. Am drinking it black right now as am at home with an infection and ran out of cream, which sucks but not as badly as no coffee at all.

Tried some coffee from the service station a while back and had to pull the vehicle over as couldn't drive. Beware of coffee essences and that sort of garbage, suspect that they are full of solvents.
