computer problems

    does your computer make any irregular beeps when booting up? series of beeps, long beeps, stuff like that?

    it beepeed maybe once if i can remeber correctly.

    so then its just the normal startup beep.

    maybe the harrddrive wasnt partitioned correctly or something got effed up in the install process. maybe the new harrdrive needs to be done over again. FDISK-FORMAT-REINSTALL. try popping your RAM chips out and reseat them first. if there is 2 try one at a time. faulty RAM has been known to do some weird shhhtuff.

    thanks guys for all your help my dad finaly figured it out and it was actually the memory. so we fixed and now where just downloading all the windows stuff and our linksys system and hopefully by the end of the weekend it will be back up and running to its max capacity. also im gonna have the fastest computer on earth witha 512 gb harddrive and a 4gb memory card.
