New board from tax return and no waves for the past two weeks. Could really use some waves about now!
Yeah thats what i've been thinking! My board, my rent for the next few months, and my plane ticket for nicaragua next winter.
same here! Austin surf swap in VA Beach, picked up this single fin beauty and haven't surfed it for 2 weeks. so lame. the worst part is how the swell forecast pulled a 180 on thursday night. it was looking like chest-high on sunday, then all of a sudden....flat until wednesday! sorry guys!
Got some fun ones today finally! Looked like crap and was a little weak at first but as the tide dropped it lined up nicely. Now we just need some real surf in the head high plus range.

Nice day today. Chest high at 10am in monmouth county. Not peeling, but fun chest high waves. Forecast was a little off on the swell height compared to what the buoy actually read today and even now.
Was out in Monmouth from 6pm till dark. Knee/Thigh to waist with a few chest+ sets rolling though. Had a great session - still stoked. Loved the forecast under-call. There was not a soul out.
