So what you're saying is that some people are ok with cows, or even like cows? weird.

Those cows associate cars/people with the feed trough getting filled.

The bull and all of the cows chased us for a long ways, they were all after us until we found the cliff. I almost climbed an oak tree. It wasn't just me who was scared. Hundreds cows looking, following and mooing. We didn't have any food for them, what would have happened if we stopped running and all the hungry cows surrounded us? Just can't push the cows aside to get away.

Dude, cows are like the most docile animal on the planet. Bulls, not so much.

You've never tipped a cow before?

But I did get chased by one once, almost crapped my pants. I was trying to corral it away from I-10 back over a barbed wire fence and it took a run at me.

Pretty sure I touched a ray with my foot today. It spooked me a little but it wasnt anything too crazy. But I also saw a HUGE leatherback that surfaced around 20ft away! It was incredible

Nothing, unless maybe you walked behind one or approached a calf. Can't say the same for the bull.

Hummingbird almost clipped my head at lightning speed this morning. Seconds later, it flew to a spider's web, momentarily hovered, plucked out the spider and quickly swallowed it. Next, it proceeded to devour the small silk web just as quickly, and then it flew away as fast as it had buzzed me. All news to me they eat spiders and small insects for protein, and the silk from spider webs to make their nests...learn something new every day.

Palos Verdes (near LA) has had them for quite awhile. Used to see them flying among the trees in the Malaga Cove area.
