the other day when i was surfing in deal, there was this little black and white striped fish that was chillen next to me for like half an hour...i even paddled over to another peak, and i looked down and there it was, it was pretty cool, never had anything like that happen before, was wondering if anyone has ever had a similar experience
ur not alone it happened to me one day in spring lake a few years ago i had my pink board shorts on and one or two fish kept coming over to me ( they were attracted to the shorts) i thought it was kinda cool until i got paranoid about bigger fish being attracted to the small fish or my bright shorts
banded rudderfish, it's a member of the jack family.... a seargent major are mumbers of the chub/grunt family, and are a more tropical fish
Juvenile Sheepshead If it's anything like the pair that adopted me the other morning in Mid-Town OC, I think they are juvenile Sheepshead fish. Does it look anything like the attached? Vertical black stripes against a white background? You only need to worry if they call you ''Mom'' and try to follow you home.
