You have no idea what the ACA actually did, there is no deprivatization and it is not a government-run initiative. The government is forcing us to buy insurance from private companies, funneling the wealth from the people to the businesses that actually run this country. You must not have read my PPS. I don't think he has made life better for me. And he's a war criminal. But rational criticism (of this president in particular) tends to be drowned out by people suggesting he is some sort of socialist mole in the US government or some ****. He's not trying to destroy America, he's just not very good at improving it.

Obama's healthcare initiative has certainly borrowed ideas from socialism but healthcare is still a private industry, with privately run companies earning profits. Healthcare has just seen an increase in government regulation. If you want to say it's fascism, you can and technically you'd be right but then again so is any government regulation in private business and when you say that you sound like a Tea Party so if you want to be my guest.

I also will say if ONE industry should be socialized is should be medicine.
