Dark fall

It's out now @ your local shop(if the shops any good) and cost around $25. Theres definetely some good surfing in it and it's even better cuz its NJ. Replay value: HIGH

As a South Jersey native I had to buy Dark Fall and it came in the mail yesterday. Love it!!! Now living in southern NC its my lil slice of home instantly. Best of all, local Jersey boys on the soundtrack. Jumpship and Bouncing Souls, cant go wrong! Stop being gay and get a copy.

It's an incredible surf movie. The cinematography, music, and editing are all top notch. Even taking out the "local" aspect of it, it would still be one of my favorite surf films.

 

My ps3 destroyed the dvd - i never got to watch it. Bought it at brave in pt pleasant. Do you think they will replace it?

Just watched the trailer on their website. That does look like the best jersey surf video yet.

 

I wish i could tell you. Its the first dvd i tried to watch with it.

I put it in and the ps3 started making all these robot noises. I guess it didn't recognize it as a dvd. Theres black marks all over the bottom of the dvd now.

Afterwords, i tried to see what i could watch on my laptop, and it got 2 minutes in before it was unreadable.

 

did you try to clean it with a mild soap solution? or is it just beyond that?

 

Check your PS3 too, sounds like something was grinding against the disk

 

I guess i'll try to soap it up...i doubt it will work tho.

I was really pumped for the movie, too.

I got the dvd at the second showing at hob.......autographed movie poster by the guys, and dvd....for $20
I watch it weekly.....its become my favorite surf film....maybe it's the Jersey love?

 

I went to the LBI premier. After watching it, I bought a copy and watched it again the next day. I plan on watching it again sometime this week. Its awesome def get it

 

watched it house of blues in Ac, movie is epic and really great footage of local areas, its cool to be watching and be like hey thats Bay Head or Oc and actually have surfed the same area or wave

 

It blew up my blueray.....wtf....

 

kcoast just got in 12 copies come and scoop em' its an incredible movie. great footage and a great reflection of the east coast attitude. sometime makes it seem like jersey is the ONLY place on the east coast with those conditions, but hey, they put the work in to make it, let em have some pride. great flick. definitely suggest it.

 

Most libaries have a thing that takes scarathes out of there DVDs. You may be able to go there and see if they can fix it for you if you have a libary card
