Think we've disgust this before in semi-organized fashion but...never too often to talk about the pups. Post up breed/stats/pics/anecdotes of your fav canine.
Peanut, before and after being mauled by two big dogs two years ago: She's made a full recovery after two surgeries.
i have a female black lab that would follow me off the end of the earth i didn't know someone could love you that much[/IMG]
I've had Brittanies (formerly Brittany Spaniel) my whole life. Great bird dogs, and hearty enough to live outdoors in New Jersey. The two I have now are the best I've had yet. He picks up sent well, even from a distance, and she's an unbelievable tracker... she just won't give up. It's a fairly close ranging breed, so they work really well here in the pine, laurel and scrub oak forests we have that can make for some pretty thick cover. Louis D. Dog (Louie) and his half sister, Lola.
Scarecrow, I'm very sorry you had to go through this. Somehow I missed this thread. But I wanted to say I'm glad Peanut made a full recovery. I know from experience how scary these situations can be. We've been charged twice and had many other close calls, but no teeth have locked fortunately. I had a dog growing up, but Phineas is the first dog I've owned on my own, and it wasn't until I got him that I realized how many irresponsible dog owners are out there.
Yeah, it's my foot. Why, you like feet? It was two dogs, one a lab, I don't even know what the other one was. I was too busy screaming and swearing at their asshole owners to notice.
