    YES!

    CORRECT!

The water & air temps are warming, swell activity seems to be picking up as spring is coming soon, we now have Micah's most excellent new format and seven day forecast to tease us, what more can we ask for...economic recovery?...yeah right...I hope everyone who can gets wet and barreled this weekend :)

its a love / hate scenario. In the winter, we get excited for warm waves, and in the winter we get excited for less crowds... I'll take what I can get, but I prefer the in betweens.

don't feel bad. it was a bad winter everywhere. north shore was bull**** this season. cali only got a couple big swells.

****, I never even had to surf a bigger wave spot all winter. I know its bad when im surfing beach breaks all winter cause sunset cliffs aren't much good.

depressing all around. I can't even drive down to baja. now, the influx of zonis (tourists from arizona) are about to flood our beaches! yeah winter!

    ****ing bull****!

Waves are obviously directly related to the economy.

Haha. The surf heights are strongly correlated to the rise and fall of the DOW.

I'm just ready to shed the 15 extra pounds of rubber and to be able to paddle without having my shoulders feeling like there on fire.

I don't think people should hate on others that don't have the luxury of growing up in a beach town. They're getting as much surfing in as possible and everyone has sucked sometime in their life...

Also, a designated beginners beach would be ideal and then have a 4 beach spread for normal surfers. there would probably be less tension then.
