Just got some good news. My dad was planning on retiring down in Lake County Florida. He just called me and told me that him and my step mom just bought property right over the OC MD border in DE. They are building a house and retiring out there right by the beach.... Im stoked to have some family back there permanently. My wife, daughter and I will be spending a lot of time out there in the near future. His house will be done this next summer. Im looking forward to being back in that area in the future. I still would like to live there myself in a year or two, but even if we cant find work our good housing there, we will be staying with family out there all the time. Its a great start. Nice to have some roots there again.
