not sure what question you asked before, but its gonna be pretty small anywhere in delaware with protection from the s winds...when the forecast is knee waist out of the south short period, getting on the north side of some jetty is just gonna be smaller.
yes, delaware is a good call with the SSW winds. will be cleaner as you head north. There are some decent sandbars in delaware right now if you know where to look.
