    Dear God/Mother Nature,
May all the sand bars be firing to spread everyone out.
May the storm shift west and completely destroy Pier Village.
    Amen

PS. Just went to Shaka. Good food, poor service, way too many bennies.

Ha! Pier Village. I stumbled upon that neighborhood last year...are there really vagrants setting up shop and living there. It seemed that way, though they were of darker skin tone, but that must be from all the sun they get.

it's more like annoying weekenders and city folk that drive like a-holes and just suck all around. plus they built the place on the water...it's just teasing the ocean to get destroyed.

Pier Village attracts the worst clientele ever. It is definitely benny / douche central over there. My great grandmother lived on Laird Street my whole life (when that sketchy water park was back there). The place is totally unrecognizable now. I love the tshirts they sell in AP that say "Don't Long Branch Asbury".

You have no idea! I live a few blocks south of pier village and I can't stand the crowds right now. Summer is great for the weather but when the benny's go home and the waves are more consistent, I'm pumped! Come on Hurricane Bill!!!!
