I just updated my voters registration for Brevard County. I skipped last election, I aint doing that again, look where that got us. That's right, my not voting last election got us in this mess. I alone can fix this lol Sound familiar?

Trump took all my parents' money, and gave them free drinks and rooms in exchange. It wasn't a good bargain. Well, I used to use their comps and get drunk and eat grilled cheeses. Then go surf. Yeah, I only liked surfing AC if I was inebriated.

Man, there used to be this real hick-twit waitress from Tuckerton at The Trump Marina, who really annoyed me. Anytime there were dudes who looked wealthy and dapper she'd devote all her time to them.

And I'm all, "Yo, twitch, I'm parked illegally out front, I need two beers, and a grilled cheese over here." Many times the dudes weren't even at her assigned tables. The other waitresses and waiters got miffed, too. Ha, I combated that by giving my tip(in her sight) to the other wait staff.

The staff had their hometowns on their name tags so that's how I knew she was from Tuckerton. I'm not psycho, I mean psychic. That really lets the guests and customers feel warm and welcomed. "Oh look Mildred our waitress is from Pleasantville....."

Unemployment was cut in half.

Jobs were consistently added not lost

The stock market had record gains.

The housing industry came back.

Our crappy American car companies had record profits.

Millions of people got health insurance and didn't have to use The Emergency Room system which is more costly to tax payers.

The lives of thousands of Americans aren't being lost every year.

We're drone-bombing more Arabs than ever.

We've killed several top Jihadi leaders including Osama.

We can't go in and take over every damn Muslim country that has problems...that's practically all of them. Like people blame Obama aboot Syria.

Well what the hell should we do?

Ok, we all can play economist and opine the causes of economic ups and downs. You find two that say it was a factor. I can find two that say it wasn't.

As far as my life goes, yeah, it's going great, but it's not because of anything Obama did, it's because of what I did, me. I've had health insurance through my company for 12 years, before that I had it through a previous company for 5 years. My company, not the government.

I haven't been unemployed since I was 13 years old, I've done my part to keep the unemployment rate down, no thanks to Obama. I haven't worked in an industry that needed any bail outs or any shat like that. And he didn't create the job(s) I had, they were there long before he came along.

I don't play the stock market, and I don't invest in 401k or anything like that, so whether it was up or down had zero relevance to my situation.

This whole war things is big business for the government. Killing a few terrorists here and there is just part of the dog and pony show. Hey look, I killed the bad guy! Meanwhile, he's funding the living sh*t out of ISIS, Iran, etc.

Not trying to get into a drawn out debate, but my situation is 100% due to my own efforts, and nobody else.

 

Crime is at historic lows.

Homicide rates are nothing compared to other times, besides, maybe, ONE city. Compare now and the crack years.

Hey jobs were added. It's NOT the government's place to decide what companies pay their employees. Remember as some politicians say, The Government doesn't create jobs, the public sector does. And it's not the current politicians who are to blame(any of them). The economic dynamic has changed over the years.

You know, agricultural to industry back at the turn of the 19th to 20th century. And recently industry died. So now that the way things are. IS that Obama's fault.

Philly clocked 400-500 homicides a year between 1985-1990.

Now they do 250-300 a year. Haven't hit even 400 in years.

He has had literally zero impact on my life. You're right though, at least he didn't do something to directly f*ck MY life up, however, millions of Americans feel differently.

The current divide in this country is largely a result of his sh*tty leadership. People actually listen to what he says and let it affect how they treat others in this country. Yeah, for you and I this holds true, we're lucky to be in an industry that doesn't fall victim to his policies. However, millions of Americans aren't so lucky and they are directly impacted by his policies.
