I've been growing and eating kale before it became hipster-cool. F all ya'll who hate on kale. It's one of my favourite super foods. My crop is of the Russian Red variety of colour.

Same here, brother. I love the stuff. Been growing it every year for 20+ years. One of the great things about is you can harvest it all summer long. Just pick the bottom leaves and let the tops keep growing. Some garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, and a squeeze of lemon. Killer.
