To most of us on this forum we consider surfing as something you commit a big part of your life to. So when you come in here with this surfing is cool man attitude and use it as an image thing with your sandy toes and OAR guitar bonfire nonsense....expect to get put in your place.

 

Nah not yet man. I was hoping to head to the Salisbury mall within the next few day to check out what they got. I figured between that and Pacsun I should be good for the fall to winter...oh and boscovs for the basics cause I'm a broke ass college kid. LOL

I don't think anyone actually prefers colder water and more rubber, we just put up with it, because thats what it takes to score good waves around here... And in general, some of the best surf around here is in the colder months as the frontal systems become stronger.

 

True true. Yea I don't ever see myself in cold water but thats just me. I still consider myself a true surfer though and will not hesitate to put those kook spongers in their place.

 

Sir Swellinfo happens to sponge, though he's probably the coolest sponger on the planet

Thats the second time someone mentioned gruvi. Whats the deal with that guy? I would love to get in on a post ripping some nerd to shreds.

 

Then you live and the wrong place. Plus you really shouldn't consider yourself a surfer if you are summer only in the mid-atlantic. Micah (Mr Swellinfo) sponges and he's 10,000 times more a surfer then you will ever be. If you go to SU, you are a disgrace to alma mater.

 

Woah brah. Chill. I just thought that as surfers we were supposed to dislike spongers. Ya know kinda like how skaters hate fruitbooters and snowboarders hate skiers. No offense to the Admin. As far as the SU comment harsh bro. I'm pretty sure if you ask around though I am no disgrace. All the dudes and ladies around here know me and how I get down. Okay I'm gonna back off a bit. I feel like I am being misunderstood and my frequent post early on may be taken the wrong way. I have to say though I thought this whole forum experience was gonna be a lot more mellow and friendly. I just wanted to meet some surfers like myself.

I was wondering when the troll police would be alerted. Somehow, Gruvi didn't sound my troll alarm, but this one's either a troll, or just someone playing the part of surfer because he wasn't scoring enough "honies" as a LAX dude.

Seeing as Gruvi's busy actually surfing, today's Swellinfo entertainment will be provided by Sandytoes. Maybe we need a "Gremmie shack" or "Kooks corner" section of the forum for this stuff.

 

This is embarassing. Swellinfo is turning into the barney board. At least this guy is obviously fake.

 

Okay let me clear a few things up.
1.) I got plenty of girls as a lax dude and even more now that I am a surfer which is rad.
2.) I am in no way shape or form a troll or fake. I don't get how I am coming off as fake or made up. Sure I am new and not as experienced as a lot of people but I am a real surfer none the less.
3.) Also I read back a few posts and got the down low on Gruvi and the fact that you people are comparing me to that Eurpoean weirdo is insane. I would never tie my rash gard to my speedo.
4.) What is wrong with being in a frat and being a surfer? Can't someone do both. You guys are all sounding like elitist douchebags.

I know the high volume of posts in a short time may be alarming but I only posted on topics that I thought I had some input. Surf colleges and cold water surfing. All I did was offer my opinions.
