    this is true, but equally important is that surfers (who have or wish to get a dog) need a DOG FRIENDLY beach near by. That's sometimes hard to come by. And not really fair to poochie if they have to spend all their time at home while you surf! Here in SE NC you have to be creative but those dog friendly "breaks" are there. Thanks for nothing WB!     and the occasional fox in your hood is cool too, plus you dont have to feed them. Unless you have a chicken coop. or unless you are a mouse in 5 inches of new snow.

    Man the pics in the last 2 posts are really plucking at the heart strings. My guy turned 7 this June, had him for 5 years, don't know where that time went.
