The Gov (D) was probably the only person in the entire state that felt that way. Those folks are going through hell right now. They were glad that someone came to lift 'em up. Those are some damn fine people in LA. I used to live outside NOLA. They'll fight through this, black and white, hand in hand, whether any outsiders help or not.
