Nah, I got you. I wasn't offended like Admin SnowFlake would be. My skins pretty tough. In fact when people call me crazy I take it as a badge of honor. I wasn't dubbed 'Crazy White Boy' in school for nothin.
Sig, take a look at the banks funding the pipeline. These big banks are in bed with big govt. Big difference to Saint Mary's Credit Union Yes I am for the pipeline and energy independence. What I'm against is how the land was acquired. It was stolen. The Constitution says that the the govt has no right to own land outside of 10 square miles of DC,a few ports, and strategic military bases. What is going on in ND is fascism. The Indians were given no choice as to how, where, or even permission due to big govt regulation and collusion with big corpo.

This whole deal in ND came under Obama's watch, didn't it? Why are all the protesters behaving as if it were Trump's decision? I haven't really followed this issue closely, so if someone could give me the crib notes on it, I'd appreciate it.
From what I know the Bureau of Land Management used some sort of endangered species regulation to take the land from the Americans and claimed it as federal land. To date BLM has acquired 1/3 of all US land, which is totally illegal under the Constitution. As far as the protesters go I think it's mostly Indians with some help from patriotic military veterans who are hip to the BLM land grab. As far as the violent protesters go, my guess is it's some fanatical environmental groups who wish to delegitimize the true issue. I could be wrong though, but I know Sea Shepard and former Green Peace scientists have been working against Native Americans in the North West for some years.
IBM announces it will hire another 25,000 workers in the US ahead of Trump meeting with tech bosses About 6,000 of the new appointments are due to be made in 2017 IBM will invest $1 billion on employee training and development in four years http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ls-plan-hire-25-000-US-eve-Trump-meeting.html
NYT not even reporting this ^^ Instead...? Over 8 items that are anti-Trump & that's just on the front page. What a crock the Grey Lady has become; they don't report news, the nT is merely an opinionated rag.
^^^ Concur. It's pervasive. So much is opinion from the so-called "experts". They have an agenda, and facts are secondary. BTW, welcome back, Yankee!
Still under Obama's watch, so cred goes to him. We'll just add it to the 10.9 Million net jobs added total under Obama. The longest streak of job growth *ever* in the US. And better yet, embedded in that 10.9 million net is that 361,000 govt jobs were cut during the last 8 years. More private sector jobs, less government jobs, Thanks Obama! Trump's new slogan should be, "I'll try and keep America great, and hopefully not fock it up."
HAHA Good try. How about a hello thread, or should i say hello againe thread? How any democrat could possible claim that Obama gets credit for this IBM job / investment deal is beyond me. Trump has already taken over, this is his along with the Carrier deal, and the big $50 billion investment from his Japanese buddy at Softbank. He's already done more for the American people than Obama did in 8 years and he hasn't even taken office yet. Get real.
Don't forget to compare historical GDP growth, the # of jobs that are part time, and the job growth relative to population growth historically. Not to mention what the Fed has done all the while.
