You take all of this sooooo seriously. I am posing a simple query to you regarding Rule of Law vis a vis mob rule, which, btw, you have as your line of argument, mob rule isn't mine. You imagine insults where there are none. You light up in anger as if someone kicked Phin. Your reaction is out of proportion to the topic & the context.

Think about this, fella: I would absolutely say to you in person what I typed here because it's my opinion regarding Rule of Law & I would think that you would say your opinion to me, we would agree or not agree, and onward;
I doubt that you'd get so angry as you are here, name-calling, your threats with thorny branches in an ass is kinda sketchy lol .....but in this format you get mad, threaten, go flailing off the deep end.

checked the dare county property appraisers website and that access is not a public beach access. it is on the private property of:

i checked the beach up and down Duck and found several beach access that are the property of HOA's. there is almost no CAMA public beach access that i could find.

There is a "wet foot dry foot system" here in FL for immigrants seeking asylum. If they come from Cuba it applies because they are seeking political, not economic asylum. All others (Mexicans, Haaitians, MS-13 etc.) go to Krome Detention Center in Homestead and then get sent back, after an appeal.

If you made it here from Cuba, and you get picked up by the Coast Guard or the police on the beach, if you made it to dry land you're good. Below MLT line, I'm not sure. If they catch you on the boat, or trying to climb up a jetty you're going back to Cuba. If you are rounded up on a bridge....who knows?

From what I've read it kind of sounds like there is a longstanding feud and probably more to the story that got things to where they are today. It takes two to tango and wondering if the guy had asked permission with a smile and perhaps bringing gifts of beer or seafood long ago that this would have been resolved and new friends made........if not try the same tactic with the neighbors of the next access North or South.
