This Bermuda High is Killing Me!

    Aloha,

Well it looks like were gonna need a supa tanker or a S.U.P to catch a the current tiny ripples out there now. As mentioned, the Bermuda High has a strangelhold on our wave making abilities. This pattern is likely to persist for the next week or so until the pattern starts to change with a deep trough moving across the nations mid-section. This upper air dip, will lead to cyclone(storm) development by Monday, June 23rd. At this point it looks like the low ejects of the OBX and moves nicely Northward within our swell window.

So Tuesday, June 24th looks to be the bright spot at the end of a too long wave-less tunnel. Stay tuned for updates!

    Duke

    Is this true??????

Check out the Swellinfo wave maps, and you will see in the extended range around June 22/23 a low moving off of hatteras and producing some S/SE swells.

Anything past 5 days, esp. in the summer is low reliability, so just keep checking the updates. Swellinfo 7 day forecasts will be online sometime this year (i hope).
