After hurricane Sandy, a lot of the sandbars moved, so if anybody here is from eastern long island, do you know what beaches have good sandbars? And also, is flies still good?

That what people did before the internet so stop being lazy, you never know what you may find. Access is still restricted at many beaches including the one you asked about.
