Cep, LI is not as good as Jersey. That's why it gets so much less coverage, right?

The East End is nice, but cost of living is prohibitive, and it's hard to find work. But there are people with money to burn ... I have painted a lot of mural's out there. I've met guys who make their living removing wallpaper for 6 months a year.

You, however ... you know dogs. People with money have annoying dogs that need to be trained. I'm not sure how much competition there is for that, but it's probably worth checking out.

Whole surf scene is kinda bs... Jersey got a lil something different... Every dude in san diego is the same. At least every third dude in jerz has a story... A family restaurant, a real job, can navigate manhattan, prob went to college, prob surfs winter, might drive on beach with surfmobile, might be an artist like alder or legend like scotty or charlie... Most people in jerz know laird but dont know a scotty or charlie... And trust me there is a scotty, charlie, or jerry at every break round here. We dont know any roots or history but we get lots of coverage telling everyone how great our winter was. We know about more about japanese neoprene that the county south of us.

yea that's the thing u need money to live out there.i imagine work is as scarce as pa,having to drive 30miles for a gallon of milk, but it would make a great retiring place.last time I was there,i was at the beach in jersey like 8am.I drove down to li which took like 3.5hours just to get to his house, then another half hour to get to the beach.one thing I remember was seeing Nassau county sheriffs every 50ft and my pops was flying past them,i come from a long line of lead foot drivers lol,I thought wed get stopped before even making it to the beach.anyway jersey was flat when I left, when I got up there it was like 3ft and sandbars everywhere.inside sandbars, outside sandbars, outter outside sandbars u need a ski just to get to.i never seen waves break so good on the eastcoast without a swell.the girls up there too were beautiful.lol when we got to the beach,i remember we drove over some big azz bridge, like really freaking big,not like the seaside bridge or the highlands or montoloking.we were supposed to pay just to get in the parking lot,the guy sticks out his hand and my pops drove right past him all casually.i wish I would've brought a board, but considering I havnt seen my pops in 20years id figure try to get to know him.havnt seen or heard from him since, but it was a cool experience
