Sorry this is not surf related but is anyone looking for a job. The job is on the easternshore covering all of Delaware and Maryland east of the Chesapeak Bay. The job is a service technician for a manufacturer rep. company. We sell and service water and wastewater valves, sewage grinder and lift station pumps, wastewater septic system treatment units, and wastewater treatment plants. A truck is provided for you to work out of and take home, a good record is required. It is a poopy job but the company really takes care of you once you are in. The job is for a service technician that mostly repaires and rebuilds pumps. There is an on-call rotation so every three or four weeks you would be on-call for a week for 24hours per day 7 days that week. Overtime is generally available. Our main office is located in Baltimore MD but you do not have to go there very often. We have a small workshop in Marydale DE but if you have work in the field to do you go there right from home. There is very little supervision so you need to be very self motivated. When there is work to be done, there is work to be done, the good side is that when you have down time, we get to play. Some of our guys hunt, golf, surf, and so forth. When you have time and the work is done or can be put off for a few hours, its possible to hit the water when its good!
