The EPAC is on it's 6th named storm already with multiple canes in the book and seems like every trop wave ends up a TS or more. Is this El Niño activity? How many of these storms have reached SoCal? I know swell direction on a few of them eliminated such and looked like they'd give Hawaii love instead.

That was what the weather underground guy Jeff said. More storms on the Pacific and not much on the Atlantic. I have heard not many storms make it to socal because of the water temps. I dont think any have this year. I have noticed we have been getting alot of rain but not much swell on my side of the gulf. That seems to be another El Nino trait.

We havent had any waves from these storms. Maybe oahu, they are open to more. But this direction is heavily shadowed for maui. I havent surfed in a week or 2, cant remember. Ive been filling my time with greens and work. Forth of july did see some beer drinkin...oh and my first swig of real deal genuine moonshine. Dude was from Kentucky and all.

Stuff starts at the tip of your head and works its way down. I drank quite a bit of it one time.
