Booo for El Nino. Hard enough to get swell in Texas, we don't need that.

I'm torn on this, I remember one of the first El Nino's that the weather people started talking about in the early nineties, it was a great season, Buxton threw out some of the largest swell that I've ever seen on the East coast, but it was closed out and unridible, but we had great waves everywhere else that year, but nah I want a good tropical season. One thing I've learned over the years, the weather people don't what the hell they're talking about, we were supposed to have an epic season last year, but how did that turn out? When they call for nothing , expect something! Just start dreaming and speculating!
