hey i'll be in jersey with my ho for thanksgiving this year. i was in the outer banks for hurricanes danielle and earl this past summer, and i left one of my boards on the east coast. i'll probably charge monmouth county somewhere.

anyone know what the atlantic water temp normally is at the end of november? i know it fluctuates drastically at this time of year but could someone give me a range to prepare for? i hope a mostly watertight 4/3+hood+boots+gloves will do... thanks :D

you sound like a class act.

anyway, the water temp has been plunging quickly here this year. i went from wearing a 3/2 w/ no boots to wearing a 4/3 w/ 3mil boots & 1.5mil gloves in 5 days. i wore a cap during my session early sunday morning for the air temp/wind protection.

you bring that attitude of yours w/ you, tho, i hope you get skunked.

4/3, 3mm boots and gloves should do it...

and thanks for the kind words, i'm going to snake kids and get SO barreled lmao :)

It's already in the upper to mid 50s. Won't drop too much more by Thanksgiving, but the air temp will. You'll want max coverage, so what you're planning on bringing should be fine. I prefer 5mm after October until May.
