Chris Cornell, lead singer of Soundgarden, dies at 52 http://www.foxnews.com/entertainmen...rnell-lead-singer-soundgarden-dies-at-52.html It's a sad day for anybody who was a fan of Chris Cornell. Such a talented musician. I personally think he had one of the best rock and roll voices of all time. Cornell had a hell of a career with multiple bands such as Sound Garden, Audio Slave, and Temple of the Dog: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Cornell It's looking like a suicide but I don't think it's been confirmed. Such a shame. RIP Chris.
I had the pleasure of being able to see Chris Cornell and Soundgarden after they got back together a few years back and it was one of the best performances I have ever seen live. The guy f'ing wailed.
Sad days or "Black Days." When I taught English in the '90's I used Soundgarden lyrics to teach poetry. Also used Stone Temple Pilots and occasionally Nirvana and Pearl Jam. RIP Chris
Uplugged in Sweden, just him and an acoustic guitar, true talent!
Chris was an awesome voice and really created some groundbreaking music. I've seen him live, first with Soundgarden, then Audioslave. Unreal. Sad to hear the news.
One of my all-time favorite songs.
>Chris Cornell, mediocre pop singer >meets with George Clooney >trashes President Trump 5 weeks ago >Goes to Greece, Praises refugees that are trashing the birthplace of democracy >kills himself due to self hate and cognitive dissonance >Happy ending imo
