Feedback on a Uhuru Pocket Knife Surfboard

I'm looking at a Uhuru Pocket Knife surfboard after a couple surf Saturdays that started glassy when I left my Cary, NC home only to get in the water 2 hours later and the conditions turned windy and surf choppy and difficult to get out.

Specifically, I want a board that duck dives, gets me out on the outside on bad days, and is not too much of a radical departure from my 6' mini simmons, 7-3 fish, and longboard. I'm 40 yo, 5'7" and 175 on good days.

South End Surf Shop (Wrightsville) is letting me use a demo on Wednesday. Any experience on a pocket knife or similar board?
