Havent been surfing and starting to feel weak. Went for a paddle the other day..felt good. What do you guys do to keep in shape when these horrific flat spells come about?
Sick Ive just had some unknown illness for the past like week. Tired, Not Hungry, Always have a fever, Muscle Aches. Thats pretty much taken care of my boredom. Picking up a glass of water feels like it weighs fifteen pounds. but theirs surf now, so who cares!
