I use to live in Fernandina like 1990 to part of 92, just wondering if anyone surfs there still? Caution Lights was the spot on the North end of the beach that and Main Beach back then, The Pier was fun and Summer Beach use to break pretty good back when you could drive on the beach down the south end before the Ritz was built. Anybody surf the point at Little Talbot state park anymore, its a heck of walk down the beach but use to be so fun in south swells. I am planning to come down little 4 day weekend surf trip here in a few months, hoping to chase a NE or south swell down there get out this crap 42* water here in VA. Staying at my dads in Fernandina and wondering what breaks i need to hit from Fernandina to St. Auggies and what swell directions do certain things break? Havent surfed North Florida in a long time. PM me if you dont want the whole swell communtiy to see secret spots or anything. Im only coming for 4 days your secretes will be safe with me.
