Hey folks, just got a new Ricky Carroll - 7'4" swallowtail, kinduva' rocketfish, big-guy, shortboard combo. I'm transitioning down in size and playin' around with this shape. Its a typical thruster setup but the center/trailer fin is about 1/8" shorter (depth) than the sides (all that was available for now). Should all 3 be the same size? Maybe it really won't matter to me. I'm still gettin the feel of it but would like to hear some opinions! I'm an intermediate surfer and will probably never truly slash (the wrong side of 40 if ya know what I mean) but I feel like I can still get the most out of it. Three sessions this past weekend and got stronger each time out - tre fun!. Just wondering if I can tweak things for the better.
Hope everyone got plenty and stayed safe! (despite the crowds) Thx :)

1/8" shorter trailer fin won't matter...the small trailer fin setups that loosen up a board are like 1 inch shorter than the side bites.

Don't worry about the center one, just go with it as it comes with... Just important make sure both sides are the same.
