been using KINETIC fins for the first winter, love them very similar in my opinion to TRU AMES which have always been my favorite due to price and light weight
njsurfer-- how do you like the bing bonzer? what size are you riding? would you say it's really a better wave board? thanks
i love the thing. but honestly, i don't ride it much anymore; it's become more of a wall hanger for me. it's a 6'4" & stock dims, which according to bing's website makes it 21"x2 1/2". my normal good wave board is 6'4"x19.25"x2.5", so the bing is a a lot of board for me. bonzers definitely like a little bit more steepness or push to the waves to really light up...which doesn't necessarily make it a better wave board, just a punchier wave board. brian wynn is making me a dumpster diver-styled 5 fin as we speak. i find the 5 fin version more suited to my style. the 3 fin is just a bit too drawn out.
