Fin Setup For A Sharpeye Disco

Primo I'm totally in agreement with you on the 2.1s it's just a pet peave when people suggest things without actually have ridden them. They are like no other fin in FCS's lineup and cannot be compared by numbers or regurgitated website verbage.

I've had them work well on chest and under pitchy beach break.

 

I hear ya Turrtle. I had them over a year and they worked ok but we don't get the size or do the pocket type surfing needed to take advatage of them.
Thinking what you need and riding them are huge deals. I mean alot guys on this post have alot of knowledge on fins that I am just learning about. Especially terra-firma, he expressed in words what I knew but didn't know how to explain it. Since he is familiar with this area, that board and the 2.1's

 

I was just discussing the op's options, so don't get your panties in a wad. O.K., so you've tried more fins than I have, but I still don't really know if you can surf worth a ****, so get off your high horse. I plagiarized nothing and, yes, numbers are important.

 

go demo the fins its easy, you may end up liking them and/ buying them but at least you will have first hand experience...done.
