I lived in South Korea for two years but away from the coast. I did catch some longboard waves on the East Coast of South Korea one time. Another time some friends and I rolled up to the West coast and it was waist occ chest for sure without a surfer to be seen. Also saw a couple fun chest high days in Vietnam. Those satellite photos look reallllly good!

u know Indonesia is considered a terrorist stronghold by America?most of them are islamics,they are usually friendly,others are not.theres not much u can do when going up against somebody that wants to die for their religion.

I wonder if Putin has surfed Sochi. Maybe there is a point break in Crimea that he covets. That is why I think if we liberated Cuba it would really serve a message that we will not let the best breaks go commie. As far as Somalia goes, there must be some really heavy locals to deal with.

Apparently, when Kim Jong Un paddles out, the ocean begins to look like a perfect wave pool, as set after glorious set follows him wherever he paddles. He is "wave magnet" from what they say behind the curtain. On a flat day, his mojo produces perfect 6 foot A frames. He takes his pick and luckily he rides a perfect switch stance and is neither regarded as regular nor goofy footed. It is actually suggested that he doesn't ride a board sometimes. He emerges gracefully from the water and glides perfectly in the curl. Supposedly, he has spent thousands of hours in the barrel, but never gotten his hair exposed to salt water...

From what I have read, the only time Putin ever surfed was in fact off the coast of Sochi. It was with Kim Jong Un. He flew in on a private jet. Putin kept asking him why he had the surfboard, and what he was going to do exactly when he paddled out on the flat bay. Jong wasn't but 30 yards offshore, when set after perfect set wrapped around the point and Putin watched Jong get slotted time after time after time. Jong finally took Putins hand, and began walking him across the bay's surface. Before Putin knew what to do, Jong called out "Set Wave" and hoisted Putin onto his shoulders. The two spent the next 14 minutes completely covered up, riding a perfect left hander around the point. The people of Russia were astonished. The only question remains is why they were both naked when they came spitting out of the tube, with no board, then holding hands, in what looked like two naked men waterskiing barefoot with no boat pulling them and no skis. They gracefully walked onto the sand, completely dry from the ankles up. Except for the bodily fluids covering their hands.
