It is all about knowing how and when to shift your weight.

It is the same both directions, most people are usually only strong in one direction. It really just takes practice. I actually prefer to do reverse 360's going right and I find them easier. I slide up on the board as I approach the lip and shift my weight back at around the 180 point.

Center your weight, make sure to get a good starting snap, the more or less take car of themselves. I learned with my hand though, but riding drop knee, using my hand wasn't a choice.

Its kind of one of those things that once you get it, you got it, but while you are learning, its kind of mysterious.

I always use my left hand but sometimes if Im lookin for a little strange I'll switch it up and use the right. I never tried spinning around in circles on my belly while doing it though. Sounds kinda gay. I always prefer to smack it standing up.
